2. Nature of This Website

This website is informational. It describes the services we coordinate — freight crating and packing for shipping; arrangement of car pools and vanpools; arrangement of nonemergency medical transportation (NEMT); and terminal and cold-chain facility services including LNG terminals, pipeline terminals, produce precooling, and transportation stockyards.

Descriptions on this site are general information only and do not constitute an offer, quotation, rate confirmation, or commitment to provide any service. Actual services are provided exclusively under a written services agreement, movement order, or facility contract executed between you and FAI.

3. No Professional or Carrier Commitment

• Browsing this website does not create a booking, bill of lading, carriage contract, or transportation commitment of any kind;
• NEMT descriptions do not constitute emergency medical services, ambulance service, or medical advice — call 911 for emergencies;
• Terminal facility descriptions do not constitute offers of LNG liquefaction, pipeline access, or commodity services without executed facility agreements;
• Pool arrangement descriptions do not constitute ridesharing arrangement services or on-demand passenger transport.

Where carriage, facility, or coordination services are performed, the governing documents — bills of lading, facility agreements, or services contracts — control over anything stated on this site.

4. No Agency or Contractual Relationship

Visiting this website, filing a movement order, or emailing us does not create a client relationship, agency relationship, or service contract. No engagement exists until both parties execute a written agreement, and FAI is not obligated to accept any request submitted through this site.

5. Your Submissions

By submitting information through this site, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit protected health information, hazardous-material documentation, or detailed regulated shipment records through the website form — such materials are exchanged only under a signed agreement with appropriate legal and safety terms.

You grant us a limited license to use your submissions to evaluate and respond to your request.
